How do you unlock the administrator account in Unity Connections version 1.1(1)if it has been locked out. Kwame S. Gordon

I am originating a call from a Callmanager cluster to an h.225 trunk (GK) which in turn passes the call to another gatekeeper. But the calls are failing. When I do a debug I get these messages...can anybody assist with regards to what this message me...
