Our SNTC Portal keeps crashing and saying its a "Temporary Issue, Support has been notified". It happens every day for most of the day and makes the portal unuseable.
What is the issue please?
Normally on the CSC portal an admin user with delegate authority can add users.
The admin user account is no longer working, and we're unable to add new users.
I would be appreciative for assistance to resolve this issue.

I have a CSPC collector that is registered but cannot access the SNTC portal. I keep getting redirected to a page that says I do not have access.

I do this already but seems more of a “workaround”. I use other applications that does not require this and was looking to see a more permanent fix.
