No access to SNTC portal as a Customer Administrator

Cisco emailed me a confirmation that I am a Customer Administrator on SNTC portal. When I login, I see a blank page. Please assist. Thank you.

I have the same problem,

Normally on the CSC portal an admin user with delegate authority can add users.

The admin user account is no longer working, just a blank screen after login, and we're unable to add new users.

I would be appreciative for assistance to resolve this issue.
