Maximum Receive Signal on C1111 LTE Modem

We had to use external antenna mounted on the roof for the LTE modem.  We are receiving a -35dBm which is super strong,  With that level damage the radio receiver?  Also is it possible to aggregate the LTE Carriers?  I see it is an option on the show...
