We had to use external antenna mounted on the roof for the LTE modem. We are receiving a -35dBm which is super strong, With that level damage the radio receiver? Also is it possible to aggregate the LTE Carriers? I see it is an option on the show cellular 0/2/0 network, but can not find the commands to do so.

I don't think you can throttle the signal manually, but I am not aware that a strong signal can damage the receiver...
With LTE carrier aggregation, you mean having multiple PDNs ? The C1111 does support that, check the link below:

We could change out the antenna, or add additional attenuation into the RF line. Thank you for the link, that was what I was looking for!
