after lost old collector without backup installed new collectoris there any way to import device list from portal to this new collector to avoid new discovery process ?Thanks.

HI,We have issue when our CSPC vm always goes to shutdown in 1 min after running process, so I cant even log in.also no working backup and we don't have root account only admin.Is there any chance to fix and restore vm in this case? Thanks.
