Hi All, The issue is fixed, Wrong attempts by other windows application using AD was causing account lock. Post terminating the windows program, She was able to login on Cisco supervisor desktop and mobile skill manager too.

No, she is not able to login on Supervisor desktop too. Giving error - Password incorrect. But she is able to use AD login to login on Cisco agent desktop.As contact center is integrated via LDAP. Do multiple attempts would lock the AD account?
