I don't think so as the uplink ports you are referring to are QSFP+ (Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable) and not SFP like the other 48 ports, also it only describes them as 40gig. http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/nexus2000/hw/in...

I don't think you can do a FSCK but try this hidden command - 'slot 5 show system internal raid' Will show you whether your disks are healthy or not. Do it for slot 6 as well. Thanks James
