Under extreme rxload (see below) – why would AF31 not be dropped over AF21 traffic without the use of WRED, shaping or policers on the inbound MQC? i.e. AF31 is not been dropped but AF21 is.

I don't think so as the uplink ports you are referring to are QSFP+ (Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable) and not SFP like the other 48 ports, also it only describes them as 40gig.

I don't think you can do a FSCK but try this hidden command - 'slot 5 show system internal raid'
Will show you whether your disks are healthy or not. Do it for slot 6 as well.

It shouldn't do but depends on your environment - there's just a lot of information in a show tech. try 'show tech brief'
fyi show tech was just an example - you could use any command.
