Hi Bill, it did not work , i assigned user permissions globally and at folder level. but when i logged in with user , i can only see 2 provisioning (not sure who and how it is configure) ... but i can't see that folder or agent creation option at all...
Hii have tried it but no luck , have created user , assign it to role and groups… then assign global permissions and folder permissions to user , group . Regards
