My user profiles in Unity are based off LDAP profiles for each individual user. So a build requires adding user into correct AD roles, importing user through the directory config in Unity, and then importing user. I built a new user, brand new DN. ...
So I looked through absolutely EVERYTHING. It did not exist. I was able to build the VM as a local user, and ratify that to the user's ad account and it is now working.
