Thank you for configuration.As soon as sent the question I found my problem :)) I use static routing for CLNS and I had to assign CLNS address on the tunnel interface. At least it has solved my problem.
Of course I've already seen this description of the message. But the problem is that it is shown for legitimate connections and no connections can be established.
