is it possible to have CUBE generate ringback for all inbound calls regardless of whether the call manager behind it can generate ringback tone or not ? if yes how to configure CUBE to do so without disabling early media 180.thanks
CUBE is not transparently sending in incoming ringing(180) with SDP to an outgoing ringing(180) with SDP but it converts it to session in progress message (183) which causes problems, we are using IOS version adventerprisek9-mz.151-4.M3 on cisco ISR ...
yes clearly both have SDP, but the question was why CUBE does not allow for sip 180 message transparency instead of converting it to 183 ? as IETF SIP standards do not mandate this behavior
