My bad the account was already created, but they still can t go through the SNTC portal, they usted to have the SNTC portal with other partener, now they want us to manage the collector and we need to install it.
Is a new account, we are trying to get the delegated admin so we can install the old SNTC collector, they already get a full support access type (former attach image show this), but still cant go through the sntc portal to install the collector crede...
