please clarify this " client that cant go through the SNTC portal"

Hello,

Regards.

We need to go through to sntc portal, so we can install the collector.

go ahead and delete the attachment and specific customer data you posted:  The SNTC portal is being decommissioned no new account can be created or configured.  If customer already had an account they will go through a process of migration, if customer never had an SNTC account he needs to self-onboard on CX cloud at https://cx.cisco.com/activate  as mentioned by the post above.

The SNTC Portal will be going away in the future and is replaced with CX Cloud and the CX Agent is the new collector.  Go to:  https://cx.cisco.com/activate to setup a new CX Cloud account.

The understanding is that that portal instance does not exist yet and the assumption is that user want to setup an SNTC account . that option is no longer available. was the user attempting to access SNTC portal that he had access before ?

Is a new account, we are trying to get the delegated admin so we can install the old SNTC collector, they already get a full support access type (former attach image show this), but still cant go through the sntc portal to install the collector credentials, we want to get this "old" version of collector please.

Once again . NO NEW ACCOUNT is possible to be created.

Please review the below link :

My bad the account was already created, but they still can t go through the SNTC portal, they usted to have the SNTC portal with other partener, now they want us to manage the collector and we need to install it.

PRIVATE send me the cisco.com userid and email of the end user that has access to SNTC portal prior
