I actually did a upgrade from 5.1(2) to 5.1(3) and have the same problem.I have logged a TAC case, according to TAC engineer the CDR_CAR option is not available. The CCM option already include the CDR backup inside.HTH

Thanks Manu. I managed to install the external tape drive now. I just puzzled why in the MCS7835-H2 data sheet mentioned that we need to use the (DAT-USB-ADPT) PCI-USB adapter for the external tape drive.Thanks again.
