We are setting up a cisco IP phone system using 7940 phones and the message button does not do anything. We are running version 4.0(2) of unity and version 3.3 of call manager. Does anyone know how to make this work?Thanks,Toddthoover@pvtn.net
We will consider upgrading to CCM 3.3.3 if we can't find another solution first. It usually locks up on us when it is trying to register. The phone reads "Registration rejected" and it completly locks up.
I think we have narrowed the problem down. When we place internal calls the phone reads "ring out" until the other person answers and then it goes to "connected". When we place outgoing calls it never changes from "ring out" therefore we don't get ...
