ASR1002x - "no service password-recovery" wants ROMMON upgrade

Hi My PE router ASR1002x asks me to upgrade ROMMON while configuring the "no service password-recovery" command. Please assist if I need to upgrade the IOS and what is the upgraded IOS that supports the above command. Regards; Sajid
