-yes I can ping 40.40.40.9 from the internet
-yes from the server I can ping Router's LAN and WAN interfaces
-yes from the server I can access anything on the internet

I checked the link and when a model says that support VPN, means support for GRE, tunnel interfaces and IPSEC,is this correct?
