Thank you so much all for your help. hi devils_advocate, I was using the same method which Ganesh Hariharan talked about it. It seems needed to upgrade the firmware.

Thank you so much for your reply. Vlan is always up "no shutdown" by default ? as it is the same thing "unrecongized command" on the Switch.
