Fixed the issue. The issue was Panduit Netkey keystones. I terminated to male RJ45's and even used a female coupler in place of the keystones and we are in business. FWIW, we only do 1080P for content and are on CAT6. Less than 40M per the manual.
6A is recommended only due to length. We are using 6 and well within 40M. We also only allow 1080P for content. Turned out to be the Panduit Netkey keystones provided by others.
You are on separate networks. Your easiest solution is to put a small POE+ unmanaged switch off one of the ports of the EQ. This will allow the most reliable solution for years to come. Connecting to the managed network WILL fail. Not if, but when.. ...
