I think this one is completely the PT limitation and is also inconsistence output above. Even though BGP uses TCP , after hold timer expires , the adjacency state expected to show the actual status. May be resetting the bgp process would speed up.....

Thanks for your suggestion.I looked the bug, but do not think it fully applies to my case because at some point the the sensor logs a status ok. It seems to me at that point the voltage sensor is working.Also my switch is 9500.
