Thanks everyone, after changing the cable between FXO port to PSTN (4 pin to 2 pin), I'm able to make outbound calls. But the inbound calls are reaching gateway, failed to ring the IP phone, checking with that.

Thanks @Roger Kallberg , but It is working fine with the landline phone. We informed our telco, and they mentioned that since it works with the landline, everything is correct from their side
