Actually you were correct, I totally overlooked that option, thank you for your help!

It seems thats because the Enterprise Plus license has expired I cannot make any edits to the current networking configs. I can add new vswitches but I cannot do anything to the items on the nexus1k

PS. It is holding Virtual Machines hostage because the license is expired and I cannot move them to another host
