SSID is not working with win10 or mac OS but it works just fine in Android and IOS. I have enabled 802.11kvr. As soon as I enable PSK then it fine. WLC code is 8.3.140 and APs are AIR-CAP2702I-E-K9. Let me know if you need more info.
Fully updated win10 clients misses one or two ping while roaming from one accesspoint to another. Other client roam without any issue. Both clients are on the same SSID and 2.4Ghz.

Check if you are using FT if yes disable it and try again. If no check if you are using K,V deactivate it and test it. Check the debugs and see if client and AP are responding correct during epol key exchanging. It did not help us to tune epol timers...
