I am slightly confused about what you want, but you mean something different thenip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 172.18.18.18?Do you want to not allow LAN users to access each other?

I am also not 100% sure on when a VLAN would be required. But, one thing to consider, is that if you go for vlans, your router will have to route between them in addition to routing to the WAN.I currently have my wireless on one VLAN, .240 subnet. ...
