I concur with Leo Laohoo's findings... I have some of these exact model switches with way more than 8 Cisco coded 10G 3rd party copper 10G both RJ-45 and direct attach copper.
I haven't used breakout cables on my C9500-48Y4C. The only ports I'd normally think to might be the uplink ports on the right side. Can't you just get some 40G optics coded for Juniper on one end and Cisco on the other and hook the switches directl...
