LMS 4.0.1 failed to collect inventory from Cat4506-E

There are 3 newly installed Cat4506-E.SSH and SNMPv3 access are verificated. Devices are managable in every way only the inventory is missing.Here is one:If I try to collect manually then they fail but I can't figure it out why.
