We have several route patterns tied to one SIP trunk between Lync and CUCM. Whenever I add a new route pattern and tie it to that SIP trunk, all ongoing calls on that trunk are dropped. Does that make sense?
I finally just turned it off and everything seems to be working. It did solve an issue that we had with one way audio between Lync and Call Manager calls.
Thanks for all your help.I found QRT report. some of them have no content and I get the same error on those files. Older QRT files work though.I probably need to get the QRT logging to work properly.
