Correct, they are in a folder, separated by language. When i "download" the folder it gives me a Zip file but with no recordings on it.

Deepak, Thank you for your response :) I have tried that and it does download the "file" or the zip folder (when I download the entire folder) but in both cases I get file size as 0 bytes. I am using FF. I am using the pbxadmin account.
