I am trying to download my prompt recordings (wav) for back up purpose on the Cisco Unified CCX administration under the "Prompt Managment". When I click on the folder I get two options "play or save", when I click save it does saves a wav file but with 0 bytes and I get error message when I play it. What can I do to download these files?

You have two options i.e., either to download and save an individual prompt or the whole folder in which the prompts are stored. Assuming all of the prompts are in en_US, right click on the folder and then click on Save Link As option. Similarly if you want to save an individual prompt, then right click on it and then click on Save Link As option.
Note: I will recommend that you should use FF for the above thing.

I have tried that and it does download the "file" or the zip folder (when I download the entire folder) but in both cases I get file size as 0 bytes. I am using FF. I am using the pbxadmin account.

Do you have prompts inside the folder in first place or not.

Correct, they are in a folder, separated by language. When i "download" the folder it gives me a Zip file but with no recordings on it.
