That is correct. Bill dug up a couple other bug reports for the same issue, one was terminated and the other was moved to "other" status, my assumption is the later case was moved to other since the other one was opened two months prior.

I still have data from our 11.6 install, we did see the same there but we're seeing a huge increase in 12.6. i.e 5k/month in 11.6 and 75k/month in 12.6. Will update this as we progress with TAC. I appreciate the response and info, Bill.
