When go to device 360 for an AP and click the Intelligent Capture buttom, there is no data there. And there is a warning icon "gRPC link is not ready (shutdown)". From the WLC gui (Monitor - Intelligent Capture) I can see that the state is active.

Thank you for the trying to help, but I tried to resync the 8540 without any results. I am not able to delete the AP since DNAC thinks its still managed by the 8540.
Only the 9800 is managed by DNAC, so its not possible to manually sync the 8540 (and that should not be necessary either).I am gonna try version 2.3.7.6 (now running 2.3.5.6 ).
