So when a AP is in "listening Only Monitor Mode" they are not powered up? Or their radio's are powered down?Any link to this mode would be greatly appreciated.
Doesn't cost become an issue when moving to directional antennas and 1242's? As opposed to all 1131's...I'm in the same boat as another guy, conducting surveys for the entire corporate campus of a big software heatlhcare company.
Multi-Floor buildings and overlapping the AP's can cause issues... I wish I had more knowledge regarding this process while site surveying.We just try to stagger the AP's...
