Yes indeed. As a stop gap, when this happens I connect to the upstream switch that has the wrong port assignment for the mac address and shut/unshut it to release the mac address. But this happens againin a day or two.
Bruce, version 12.3(4) and alter do not have the default SSID tsunami defined and in addition have the radios disabled by default. please refer to the documentation on Cisco; http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/access_point/1100/quick/guide/ap11...
Had a similar problem but anytime I setup an AP by first creating the SSIDs then enabling the radios... in that order the problem ceased. No technical explanation. Am glad you have brought this up.
