IPMA vs CA

IPMA does not show line status for speed dials or directory look up. Is there a way to have it display the same way CA does? We are on IPMA 2.2(1.0)

Is it possible to display on the callers phone the status of a dialed inside line. i.e. Busy then display an option to go to their voicemail?

WE are on CM 4.2 and are looking to install Call Manager Attendant on all 262 PC just for the directry assistance and speed dial line status. Will this cause a performance issue with CM 4.2?

I have found some third party vendors that can display the status of the line to inside callers.

I have asked the same question of TAC and was told for CM 4.2, it could not be done.
