Thanks. We have decided not to risk this as the customer is a large bank.......... Can anyone tell me if the CAB-E1-RJ45TE= is the correct cable to use from the vwic to the PRI box? 120 ohm and RJ to RJ.

I don't understand why Cisco haven't made a solution for the user to be able to choose if he wants Auto answer on his own line or not!?

Hi again Alex. I know where to change the setting in CCMadmin. What I am looking for is a easy way for the users to change the setting for their phone. I was thinking I could use the CCMuser web page for this, but not sure if it is possible?
