I have four 7609S routers that I have discovered in Ciscoworks but cannot fetch the configuration files using the TACACS credentials. I am currently running LMS 2.6.1. Are types routers supported with the current version of Ciscoworks I am running?

Where do I find the information on what level of ssh is supported for LMS 2.2 w/SP2 version 2.2 and LMS 2.6?

Is there a known issue with RME that sometimes you can discover a device with the host name and if that doesn't works you can try using the IP address instead?

I'm having an issue with Netshow not showing the output results of the job. It show that the job was successful but when I go out to view the job output it is not in the list to view. It was workinig at one point on December 6th.

How do I generate a device report that show the chassis information and status of the interfaces (up, down, administratively shut down)for all devices to include the number of ports that are available? Thank you.
