Does across WLC's mean 'FT over the DS?' Or does the bug also apply to 'FT over the AIR?'
I have the same question. When enabling IPSec in Cisco ISE (v3.2 patch 7), I do not see any options to configure tunnel parameters such as encryption, DH group, hash algorithm, etc. as per configuration guides
What about using FRA with 8821's?
With FRA there are three methods in which clients can roam between Micro and Macro cells:

Probe Supression is disabled by default and the 8821 does not support 802....
