If you do 'show ephone registered', do you see Video in the output for the phones?Could you attach the configurations being used in the CME? And highlight the two ephones that are being used for the call.
Do you have 'service phone videoCapability 1' configured under telephony-service in your CME box?Once you configure this, do a 'create cnf-files' and then reset the phones.
