Could anyone share some information on the process how I can upload contactList onto the dailer? I understand this can be done with the CSV file populated. What would be the format of these CSV file? is there a template? thanks Greg

No the Dialer is not connect to the Gateway yet. Must this be before the Dialer can be active?
