If I am not mistaken, you should have an option called "AudibleAndAudioPairingSoundRouting" under Experimental Audio Settings. Just make sure it it set to HDMIand LineOut instead of Split.

Not really sure what you mean by Cisco screens, so it is hard to provide any input to this; however, if by any chance you are referring to DX devices (like the 80), and your Mac computer is a Apple MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2015) then ...
From the touch panel you can add h323: in from of the IP address, this will force the endpoint to dial using H323.
Example= h323:1.1.1.1
Other than that, you will need to deploy VCS/Expressway servers in order to do the interworking from SIP to H32...
