After calls have been recorded in Agent Desktop, how can one determine the sessionid of the AgentConnectionDetail and ContactCallDetail tables?
What I've Tried:
It appears that the names of the wav files include a Time Stamp (below in red underline ), the Agent Extension ( blue underline ), and the Agent Login ( black underline ). From the latter two we can get the Resource ID from the Resource table.
Example file name: 20160407095651 000011 2565 ih3856 .wav
Using Resource ID and Time Stamp, we can get a sessionid from AgentConnectionDetail and ContactCallDetail in about 25% of the recordings.
There must be a better way?
