Just a few more questions:Does the server have at least 4gb of memory? Cisco changed the base OS from 8.5 to 8.6. CUCM 8.5uses Redhat 4 while CUCM 8.6 uses Redhat 5 so 8.6 requires 4gb of memory. If your server doesn't have at least4gb of memory...
