If you are a participant, the 'command / L' key combination works well. If you are the host however, it is definitely an awkward ending to any call. Would love to have the nuclear button on the WebEx when hosting meetings.

I don't think 700 users is to big for a single vlan, depending on what kind of L3 switches you are using. If I was doing it, I would put my servers on a single a vlan, especially if they are in the same building, and vlan the buildings seperately. ...
