I'm going to set up a CCM PG in our lab. What software do I need to install on the PG to get it up and running? Is there any documentation out there for this?
Is anybody out there using ICM 4.6 with Windows 2000 and Active Directory? If so, what problems (if any) have you experienced? Also, which model did you use?
I don't work for a TAC and I passed the beta just fine. I was a little weak in the Alarm Tracker section, but the rest was material which I personally think any level 2 ICM support person should know.
