CCM PG

I'm going to set up a CCM PG in our lab. What software do I need to install on the PG to get it up and running? Is there any documentation out there for this?

Hi,

You will need the Cisco ICM 4.6.1 or 4.6.2 depending on the version compatible with your call manager.

You have to run the setup from the ICM CD provided by Cisco. There you have to choose PG.
