I am experiencing the same issue. Do you need to open a TAC case to get the IDP file. Also how to you access the root account on Call Manager. Has anyone applied this fix without TAC intervention.Rgds,Martin

This setting change solved the probelme for me too. I was just wondering what exactly it does. Thanks for posting the solution though , happy to rate this. Martin
