Can a 1710 router do a site-to-site IPSec VPN with an ASA 5520?

2621 router's memory is creeping about 1% daily. Over time I have to reboot the router because it runs out of memory. With the following commandshow memory allocating-process totalsI see the following item keeps increasing daily: 0x80684018 338488...
