You can use the Polycom wireless lapel mic (Part #2200-00699-001) does work with the 7937. It doesn't directly connect, but after an RCA to 3/32" jack adapter you're in business.
Are the AP's in there own VLAN or are they in the same VLAN as the Data VLAN? We had the same problem and Spectralink told us to seperate the VLAN's. Also the SVP box must be in the AP/Voice VLAN.
