AIR-LAP1142N-E-K9 interfaces down

Hi there guys,i have a WLC with, let´s say, 30-40 AIR-LAP1142N-E-K9. Since last november the following issue happened 3 times.One of the APs (it´s always the same unit) remains online but both WiFi interfaces appear down. I´m unable to put it back UP...
